After the fine chaps from Velo Vintage joining our little do back in September its only seemed right and proper to don some warm togs and leap onto the trusty Raleigh sport and join them in regency Sidmouth for their 10th Occasion- Huzzah!

After a very poor injury dogged track season Mark Turner finally ran a decent 400m putting him back in 11th place in the UK in his masters age group. 58.04 is about 1.5 secs off form but bodes well for next season. His daughter Anya has now had her call up for England for the international combined events meeting in Glasgow this December too.

Occupied by Nash & Co solicitors as their head office for many years and originally an 18^th century country house, Beaumont House is Grade 2 listed and adjoins Beaumont Park,  just a short walk from the City Centre. The investment will produce a net return of approximately 8.1% for the investor. Savills acted for the vendor.
