Turner Locker Barnfield have acted for a private purchaser in the acquisition and subsequent letting of a long leasehold interest in 52 Cornwall Street and 151a and b Armada Way, Plymouth. The property was purchased or £510,000 with vacant possession from Allsops Auction and 52 Cornwall Street has subsequently been let to Michael Spiers Jewellers with the two Armada Way shops also having let to local traders.
