A swift and compact Team TLB ran the Michelmores 5kms last night! Top performance from James Gill with 19.18 & Martin Havill for 2nd place M50+ with 19.43 despite running with an injury. I must confess to not pushing that hard with a track event looming large this weekend(400m & 200m) but quite happy with 20.46 5th in m50+ Dave happy with his very respectable 24.57
