Turner Locker Barnfield acting on behalf of a private investor have purchased the long leasehold interest in the Travelodge at Hilsea, Portsmouth. The asking price was £1.638M. The property is let to Travelodge Hotels Ltd. on FRI terms for 25 years from 10 August 20110 at a rent of £104,000 p.a. There are 5 yearly upward only rent reviews fixed upon RPI. We are very lucky to work in Barnfield Crescent, a little oasis of peace and calm in Exeter’s city centre. We also have a large car park, lawns and trees with the back-drop of an elegant Georgian Crescent. Where better for a gathering of fine motorcars and bikes?
The idea is to gather 50+ cars and bikes from the 1930’s to the 1960’s, and in an unashamed imitation of The Goodwood Revival, ask drivers and guests to dress in period costume to match their vehicle. We intend to have catering and ‘period’ music inside the private crescent
