Its been  a long a painful journey but we have finally completed the sale of Notaries House 8 Cathedral Close to THE DEAN AND CHAPTER OF THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF ST PETER IN EXETER. a previous sale exchanged contracts but failed to complete when the 1st buyers couldn’t raise the funds.

The grade 1 & 2 Listed building totals some 4000 sq ft in a number of office suites and benefitted from a car park for some 12 cars which until recently was rented to the nearby hotel as staff parking.
